Each 50-minute session is £55, in person or online. Your first 15-minute call is free. You can see full details on the About and fees page.

Both. In-person sessions take place in Headingley. Online sessions are by secure video call, so you can join from home or anywhere private.

I see clients Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm. The booking page shows the times currently free for intro calls.

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.

It's a gentle start. We'll talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you'd like to get from it, and how we'll work together. You only share what you feel ready to, and you can ask me anything.
